I have been trying to get a hold of them for a week left them several emails and they keep ignoring my request overcharged me and my delivery was two days late
Resolved: CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I was charged $75 just to review a menu and given no option to be able to cancel my subscription other than texting a phone number that doesn't respond or emailing in email address that doesn't respond. The instructions are unclear and ridiculous and loop me right back to where I started each and every time.

I placed an order and immediately tried to cancel it as directed on the website. The instructions were bogus.
They told me to hold a home menu button that isn't even an option.
After multiple attempts to reach an agent and trying to cancel the subscription before it was processed, they messaged me that the order is now in process and it's too late to cancel! Terrible customer support!

I am canceling, not worth the $100 a week. Food items missing, same meals sent over and over, not enough food sent for many meals for 2 people. I sent an e mail to address this issue, but it was not answered and it has been 4 days.

I have not received my Monday delivery
We have only had two deliveries and so far everything that we received we liked and we’re happy with. However, this past Monday, I was expecting a box and it never came and I tried to get in touch with them to find out why it didn’t come and I never got anywhere.
Your website is very difficult and confusing and I want to speak to a live person please. So please have someone call me 310-809-****.

Overcharged and no response
I was overcharged by over $200 and cannot get a response from anyone there after four attempts. There is no customer service phone number so you have to leave messages in a text or chat. No one responds so you cannot resolve anything.

My order was delayed by 1 day and then showed a status of delivered this morning.
Nothing is here. It has not been delivered.

Cilantro opened and scattered throughout the box. Snack pack with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese ( moldy).

I hated the leftovers, wasted random food, and odd proportions. I thought when it asked me how many people my family had, adults/kids, and what meals I wanted for the day to be taken care of, that it would have resulted in a thorough grocery list.
The "meal plan interview" was very in depth and time consuming just to have the same options as every other mean service... 2, 4 or 6 meal plan for up to 6 days a week with snack, small item groceries on the side for a significant price increase. The meals were too large and the ingredients were not proportionate to what was needed, so there were always random parts leftover. For example, if a meal required a little bit of broccoli, you would receive a giant bag of broccoli.
The cooking instructions would not specify that you needed only a small amount, so you would end up cooking all of it and then your meal would mostly consist of broccoli, or you just had to have an idea of how much you would need. This didn't occur with every meal, but enough of them to make it annoying, as I would always end up with an abundance of some random ingredient that I never wanted. When it asked if I wanted breakfast taken care of, of course I said yes, and it asked for how many meals... well, if you chose 5 breakfast meals, you would get a 'breakfast type item' like a child's yogurt pack or maybe a jerky stick or a small coffee can.
This was ridiculous. I even once received a canned sparkling water with no leak, but only half the drink inside. However, the ingredients were of quality, so that's a plus. Overall, it was such a waste.
I would rather go grocery shopping and get only what I needed, along with enough coffee for two adults in the morning versus... well, let's fight over who gets what 'snack' because that's what the other meals were.

Preferred solution: A meal service that doesn't overprice everything and actually individualizes what you need..
User's recommendation: If you have only even number large adult men, the dinners only might fair you well or if you were a single person needing to cook in bulk and don't mind wasting money or food.
